Hi, I’m Yolanda Mnyengeza, a legal practitioner with over seven years of experience in the legal field. My journey began in traditional law practice, but in 2022, I decided to take a more impactful route – starting my own law firm focused on estate and legacy planning, pre-marital planning, and business structuring.
Through that work, I saw first-hand how many entrepreneurs build successful businesses, yet overlook the legal and legacy structures that keep those successes protected and sustainable. That insight became the foundation for my second venture – Yolaw Legal Solutions, launched in 2023 – a forward-thinking legal advisory platform designed to help businesses and entities stay legally sound and strategically structured on an ongoing basis and with a structured plan.
Since then, I’ve partnered with over 20 business owners to organize, protect, and future-proof their operations. I also advise and guide multiple Trustees, and currently serve as a Trustee in over 10 of those entities, ensuring that each one runs with the right governance and long-term vision.
At my core, I’m passionate about changing how entrepreneurs think about legal strategy – not as a burden or last resort, but as a powerful tool for growth, protection, and legacy.
